Egg Description:
Beast Egg
A brute of a wher egg if there ever was one, the Beast egg is the largest egg in the clutch. It is mostly black, but has smears of red and deep green, with a few ugly yellow splotches. It seems to have no concept of symmetry. The top bends inwards, and the rest of it is lumpy. Rohisk actually had to move it to the other side of her body to protect her other eggs. No matter how much sand she heaped around it, it kept rolling out and smacking into the other eggs. Even though Rohisk placed her body between the Beast Egg and most of the other eggs (the Abyss egg had to share the Beast Egg's punishment), it seems to strain to get at all of those stupid, idealistic eggs, leaning hard into its mother's side. It lashes out at anyone who comes close, with a roaring, wild tendril of anger. It is unrestrained and feral, and clearly does not fit with the other eggs. For some reason, it leaves the Abyss Egg alone, preferring to reach for the other eggs than mess with its partner in punishment.
She was interrupted however as the egg in Ryn's possession broke open in a small spray of shell bits and egg goo. The hatchling inside it had litterally kicked open a hole for him to escape. He scraped his body out and looked at Ryn with a haughty and self-possessed air. Jarynja? Jarynjask is name so must be so. the little steal said into Ryn's mind, causing Annillask to nod in approval. Finally a hatchling worthy of wherhood.
